Dr. Tricia J. Nolan-Pasos, FICPA
In 1999, I , a Cambridge native, first became involved with chiropractic after experiencing low back and leg pain while training for the Vermont City Marathon. It was then that I sought care from Dr. Dean Estramonte. At the same time, I was looking for a career in which I could combine my interest in health with my desire to help people achieve wellness. After experiencing the power of chiropractic first hand and its ability to help the body to function at a higher level, I knew that this was the career path for me.
After completing my undergraduate studies at Siena College, I completed four additional years of chiropractic training at New York Chiropractic College. While in chiropractic college, I completed a sports training program, which included course work at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid. During my education, I developed a strong interest in chiropractic pediatrics which prompted my completion of an additional 120 hour post graduate certification in Pediatrics and The Webster Pregnancy Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (www.icpa4kids.org). With this program, I have been able to obtain a specialty that allows me to enhance the health of pregnant mothers, infants and children. After graduating from New York Chiropractic College, I joined East Greenbush Chiropractic where I practiced until June of 2011. On July 1, 2011, I opened Whipple City Family Chiropractic after purchasing the former practice of Dr. Dean Estramonte in Greenwich, NY.
My family enhances my life both personally and professionally. I have two sons, Peter (born in 2008) and Preston (born in 2009), and a daughter Juliana (born in January of 2011). In the spring of 2012, I relocated to Schuylerville to be closer to my office and to raise my children in the area where I grew up. Our animals are also an important part of our lives, as we are all animal lovers. We also enjoy spending time together as a family and traveling. In my personal time, I also enjoy working out, coaching soccer, attending my children's sporting events, running 5K and half marathon races and doing activities that involve sports and fitness.
I firmly believe that it is important to keep your body healthy and functioning at its optimal level. Myself, my children and all of my nieces and nephews receive weekly chiropractic adjustments as part of our healthy lifestyle. I also incorporate daily workouts, a healthy diet and many other natural health care modalities into our lifestyle. I firmly believe that it is important for doctors and health care practitioners to set an example for patients. Therefore, everything that I advise my patients to do, I do myself. We as a family believe that health should be addressed by looking at the cause of dis-ease in the body rather than the treatment of symptoms only.
Take the first step closer to a healthier lifestyle today. I look forward to helping you address concerns that you may have about your body and health.

I, a Greenwich native, discovered my passion for chiropractic while I was in college. I knew that I was headed into healthcare, I just wasn’t sure which direction I wanted to go in. I had been seeing Dr. Dean Estramonte since I was in Jr high school, and Dr. Trish since she took over his practice. I was a 3-sport athlete in high school and college, and consistent visits to both doctors kept me in the best shape I could be in to perform at my highest level. I interned with Dr. Trish one summer, loved the atmosphere of the office and how she was able to help all different types of patients reach their health goals. From that moment on, I knew becoming a chiropractor was the choice for me.
I graduated from Greenwich Central School in 2012, and then continued my education at Skidmore College, where I studied Exercise Science. After finishing my undergraduate degree, I began studying at New York Chiropractic College, where I completed four additional years of training. While there I completed a certification in Whole Foods Nutrition, while taking many sports related classes such as Concussions in Athletes, motion palpation, and discussing proper mechanics for each sport with different professors. I have always been interested in combining my love of sports and chiropractic, using my own experience to help young athletes compete at their highest level. I am excited to be joining Whipple City Family Chiropractic as of January 2021 and am looking forward to promoting health and wellness in where my own journey began.
In my personal time I enjoy playing softball, golf, and spending time with my family, friends, and my Goldendoodles Jed and Stevie. During the spring and summer you’ll find me on the softball field or the golf course, enjoying the sunshine and staying active. In the winter you’ll find me in the gym watching my nieces play basketball. I currently reside in Schuylerville with my husband Leo.
I am a strong believer that chiropractic and a healthy lifestyle can help you achieve your optimal wellness goals. Myself and my family receive regular chiropractic adjustments to help keep up with our busy and active lifestyles. I will always strive to set a good example for my patients, and will continue to educate myself on any techniques or health trends that patients may have questions on.
I look forward to helping you address any of your health concerns and achieve the goals you may have!

As a Greenwich native, I first discovered chiropractic during a high school internship with Dr. Trish. I was amazed by how quickly the body responded to treatment, and I immediately fell in love with the profession. Since then, chiropractic has been a central part of my life and my passion for helping others live pain-free has only grown.
I graduated from Greenwich Central School in 2017 and continued my education at SUNY Oswego, where I studied Biology and Business Administration. After completing my undergraduate degree, I pursued my chiropractic education at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri, where I spent four years training in various specialties. While there, I was selected to participate in the Pediatric Clinical Rotation, where I focused on developmental delays, primitive reflex delays, and other common childhood ailments. This experience deepened my passion for helping kids, but it also reinforced my commitment to helping people of all ages achieve better health and wellness.
In my free time, I love being outdoors—whether it’s camping, hiking, or paddling on a lake. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and my rescue dog, Ellie. When I’m not out exploring, I can be a homebody who enjoys reading and crocheting.
Chiropractic care is essential for maintaining a healthy spine and nervous system, both of which are crucial to overall wellness. By addressing misalignments and improving mobility, chiropractic helps reduce pain, enhance function, and promote natural healing. I’m committed to using a personalized approach to meet each patient’s unique needs, ensuring they feel better faster. My goal is to help you achieve optimal health through safe, effective adjustments that restore balance and improve your quality of life.
I am excited to be joining Whipple City Family Chiropractic in January 2025 and look forward to serving my community by helping everyone—of all ages—get healthier, faster.
